A Leadership Development Workshop with Shannon Mangram

Fostering Emotional Literacy and Psychological Safety in the Workplace

Saturday, September 26th at the Malone Center in Lincoln, NE
10:30-11:30am Central Time

 --

Every workplace has emotions. The strongest leaders know what to do with them.

  • Emotions show up in the meeting where someone has an idea but decides it is safer to stay quiet.
  • They are present when a team member makes a mistake and wonders whether to admit it or hide it.
  • They influence how people respond to feedback, navigate conflict, ask for help, challenge a decision, and contribute when the pressure is high.

Whether we acknowledge emotions or not, they are shaping our workplaces every day.

Join Shannon Mangram for an engaging exploration of emotional literacy and psychological safety and why both are essential to building healthy, high performing teams. You’ll examine what changes when people feel safe enough to speak honestly, take appropriate risks, learn from mistakes, and bring their perspectives to the table.

Shannon will share practical strategies for intentionally creating environments that build trust, encourage openness, and strengthen connection while still maintaining accountability and high expectations.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how your own leadership shapes the emotional environment around you and practical next steps for becoming a more emotionally honest and psychologically safe leader.

This is a one time event so don't miss out.

Take advantage of early registration pricing and reserve your spot for $60 before the price goes up to $75 on September 12!
