IDI Assessment and Debrief

The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) is a psychometric measure of how individuals and teams give meaning to the differences they experience. It holds a high rate of validity and reliability as a developmental tool for individuals and teams desiring to grow in intercultural competence.

Participants receive their individual results, a personalized development plan, and a 1:1 consultation with a Qualified Administrator to go over their results and determine how to proceed.
